Professor Randy Pausch's Last Lecture. Randy Pausch was an adored professor of computer science at Carnegie Mellon University, who was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer, the cancer with the worst 5-year survival rate. He gave this last lecture not about his disease, but about life. It does not directly pertain to lung cancer, but it's a universal message, which was his point, and thousands of people around the world have posted on his webpage saying how he helped them through cancer and other problems.
